The dark wet evenings are here so why not join Scott
for some excellent winter training. The spinning classes have already started
their 9th winter season, but this year they are in their new purpose built
studio at the Winning Solutions Cycling and Triathlon Training Centre.
Only 5mins off the M50 or 4kms from Sundrive Track.
These cycling specific classes are run by ex
international cyclist Scott McDonald. The classes will help to greatly
improve your pedal cadence, muscle strength, and cardiovascular fitness, as well
as keeping the weight down over the winter months.
The new training centre has allowed us to get the
best bikes and to have ample space between them. The studio is well ventilated
so it doesn't feel as claustrophobic as traditional spinning studios. With an
amazing Bose sound system and a 50" Plasma screen showing footage from the
major pro races there is no limit to the amount of serious training you can do.
There are separate ladies and gents changing rooms each with lockers and power
showers and secure parking for both bikes and cars.
The current class timetable is as follows:
Monday :
5.30pm
Tuesday : 5.30pm & 7.00pm
Wednesday : 6.30pm & 8.00pm
Thursday : 6.30pm & 8.00pm
