Hub Cycles was started by Lorcan in February 2009. Our aim is to bring high end carbon products at affordable prices. Hub Cycles are also the sole retailer of Winspace products in Ireland and the UK, so these products are exclusive to Hub Cycles and cannot be purchased anywhere else.

Traditional moulding processes use "air-bag" for carbon bikes, which suffer from uneven compaction of the carbon fiber layer during the moulding processes. Airbag cannot conform to the inner wall of the bikes completely and then fiber creases. This leads to wrinkles forming in carbon layers. Finally it leads to de-lamination and potential premature stress fracturing.

Our new technology solves the problem completely. As the pictures below shows, smooth inner wall and wrinkle-free!!! this means greater strength and minimum risk of stress fracture.

Merits of Winspace Products:

• Safety: inner wall smoothness technology, no inner wrinkle of carbon fibre.

• Front triangle is moulded in one time, less agglutination, more powerful. 
• The agglutination position is shaped in moulding processes, not machine work, this avoids breaking the fibres.
• Stairway agglutination, make agglutination surface  larger. 
• Distribute the joint of fibre in average to enhance the intensity by avoiding stress concentration.
