The 2022 eRacing Winter League kicks off on October 14th and will run for eight rounds.

eRacing is among the fastest growing disciplines in world cycling as the UCI plan for a third Cycling eSports World Championships in 2023.

And in the build-up to the 2023 Cycling eSports World Championships, an exciting Winter League kicks off next week promoted by Racing Without Borders.

Participants will race over eight rounds kicking off weekly from October 14th to December 2nd across several Zwift courses – with the best six of eight rounds counting towards final standings.

Register for the Cycling Ireland Zwift Series here to appear on the Cycling Ireland results. (You need to hold a current Cycling Ireland membership to appear on the results table.) You must register by round 3 of the series in order to appear on the Cycling Ireland results. Category winners will receive an energy pack from Cycling Ireland's Nutrition Supplier, Kinetica.

Points will be awarded for finishing places in each round, while fastest time segment points are also awarded for the top ten in each round.

There are four mixed categories, ranging from A to D while women’s rankings will be filtered through the mixed categories.

Exclusive beginner and intermediate turbo training sessions are also available for members on the Cycling Ireland Training Hub. https://www.cyclingireland.ie/get-involved/membership/training-hub/

Rules and course information can be found here. https://withoutborders.online/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/RaceBook22.pdf

The 2023 eRacing National Championships is set to take place in quarter four of 2023 ahead of the eRacing World Championships in early 2024.

Wahoo is the Official Trainer & Bike Computer Supplier of Cycling Ireland.
