Showing good form in advance of the Los Angeles World Cup, Pezula rider Morgan Fox took a fine third place today in the 20 lap motorpaced scratch race at the Revolution track meet. The former national road race champion finished just behind double Rás champion Chris Newton (Rapha-Condor-Recycling) and Steven Burke (100% ME) in the race.

Fox was also ninth in the 10 kilometre points race, won by Ben Swift (100% ME) ahead of Peter Kennaugh (100% ME) and Newton.

Kate Rudd was another in action, placing ninth in the women’s 6 kilometre scratch event. Jo Rowsell (Global RT) won ahead of Rebecca Romero (SIS) and Lizzie Armitstead (Halfords Bikehut).
