National Bike Week - 14th to 21st June

This Sunday sees the start of National Bike Week. From Sunday 14th of June to Sunday 21st of June there will be a series of events taking place throughout the country to encourage people back on their bikes.
Activities range from Family Cycles, Free Bike Checks, Mass Participation Cycle, Workshops and a major opening event in the Phoenix Park. Cycling Ireland is hosting a number of regional workshops delivered by some of Ireland’s leading coaches and cyclists. These workshops are ideal for anyone who wants to learn more about cycling and will be particularly relevant to leisure cyclists and those interested in trying their hand at bicycle racing. National Bike Week Events Summary
Sun 14th June
Family Fun Day Dublin - Phoenix Park, 11am - 4pm. This event will include a mass cycle event for all the family, with a host of activities including a world record attempt, music and entertainment besides.

Dublin - Bike to Work Day, Wednesday, June 17 is "Bike to Work Day". Whether you're a regular or an occasional bike commuter, or have often thought about cycling to work, June 17th is the day for you.
Dublin - Dublin City Cycle, On Wednesday evening there will be a City Cycle through Dublin's City Centre. A special cordon will be placed along a selected route where cyclists can travel freely along unencumbered from most of the usual busy traffic. Join us for a unique trip through the capital's streets.
