Riders line up for the start in Blessington

The stage is 101km from Blessington to Gorey

The race is on its way

The racing starts

A couple of riders just of the front after 6km of racing

Five riders are just clear of the bunch at 12km

One more rider joins the leaders

Now 6 leaders with a 15 second advantage

The breakaway is going clear

The main bunch is all together

At 20km the gap is over 30 secs

31km The leaders at Baltinglass

A few riders just off the front of the main bunch

The bunch is now just over a minute behind

More riders try to escape the bunch

37km The leaders are now at 1 min 30 secs
