I have had this on a old VHS tape sitting in a box gathering dust and now finally got to transfer it into a video file. It's over 30 years ago now, and some people will like to look back at it now.
A lot has changed over the years, but even back then, the Rás was something special, great excitement and atmosphere, the organisation was second to none, thanks to brilliant Dermot Dignam's high standards. It's great to hear the commentary of 'the one and only' Ray Kennedy, but sadly there are many faces who are not with us any more and in some ways it's good that we can look back and remember them for the time we shared in the sport.
