Digging through old videos, I found this race, it was the 1983 season opener in Munster, the Bank of Ireland GP in Carrick-on-Suir, Co. Tipperary.
Apologies for the picture quality. I have published it at higher resolution to try improve it, the video was copied from a very old VHS tape. In saying that, some people may like to see this event from the past as there is not much video footage is available.
