This is a short video of the race finish at the top of the mountain, showing the riders finish one by one after the 124km race. There is also the Prizegiving for both the Shay Elliott and Ken Duff races.
The 67th Shay Elliott Memorial was run off in excellent weather in the rolling hills of the garden of Ireland and ended with a steep mountain climb up the finish at the Shay Elliott monument on top of the Drumgoff mountain.

The work involved running a race of this calliper is a huge undertaking. The club had 100 members involved in the promotion, great marshalling and Garda cover made it an excellent event.
The race is one of the longest running single day classics on the Irish calendar, held in honour of the great Irish cyclist 'Shay Elliott' who went to the continent in the late 50's and achieved remarkable successes which paved the way for the likes of Sean Kelly and Stephen Roche- I've added a piece about Shay from Wikipedia and link on bottom of this page for anyone who is interested.

About Shay Elliott (From Wikipedia)
Seamus "Shay" Elliott (4 June 1934 – 4 May 1971) was an Irish road bicycle racer, Ireland's first major international rider, with a record comparable only to Sean Kelly and Stephen Roche. He was the first Irish person to ride the Tour de France, first to win a stage, and first to wear the yellow jersey, and first English speaker to win stages in all the Grand Tours.
The Shay Elliott Memorial Road Race, organised by Bray Wheelers Cycling Club, is run every year in Ireland in his honour. The race was previously (since 1959) known as the Route de Chill Mhantain (Circuit of Wicklow). It became the Shay Elliott Trophy in the late sixties, then the Shay Elliott Memorial after his death in 1971.
A monument to Elliott, erected by friends and Bray Wheelers Cycling Club, stands at the top of the climb from Drumgoff Bridge, Glenmalure heading towards Laragh, County Wicklow, where the finishes.
