2025 Ras Tailteann - Stage 4: Wolftrap Video

The penultimate stage of this year's Rás Tailteann was played out on Wolftrap mountain in county Offaly with only 14 kilometres to go it produced great racing for the crowds of supporters who came out to watch it.

The Wolftrap Encounter

When the race Wolftrap climb with 3km of climbing ahead — the fireworks truly began. From the yellow jersey group, George Kimber, Dean Harvey, Jamie Meehan, and Adam Lewis surged clear.

At the summit, Wolftrap KOM result:
1. Dean Harvey – Team Ireland,
2. Jamie Meehan – Team Ireland,
3. George Kimber – Cycling Club Isle of Man,
4. Adam Lewis – Team Skyline,
5. Tom Martin – Wheelbase/Cabtech/Castelli,
6. Maxime Richard – Good Guys Racing NYC
7. Danylo Riwnyj – Foran CT.

On the descent, Kimber, Meehan, and Harvey formed a lead trio. With the bunch splintering behind, Odhran Doogan (Cycling Ulster) attacked in defence of yellow but was unable to bridge across.
