The ten-round series will again be presented in association with Racing Without Borders, one of the largest eRacing teams. Racing Without Borders’ Richie Sheerin said “It’s fantastic to have this series back again for the 2024/25 winter. It’s wonderful that Cycling Ireland is onboard with eSports and recognizes its benefits within the community setting. I’m also grateful that they have entrusted me and RWB to run the series again. My mission with RWB is to push the boundaries of virtual cycling in a safe, all-inclusive environment for every existing and aspiring athlete. Ireland has a rich history, and as the name suggests, we Race Without Borders as one team, united by a common bond; the love of cycling, the benefits of community, and the very Irish need for ‘a bit of craic'.”

Participants will race weekly across different stages, including punchy, climbing, flat stages and an Individual Time Trial. Races will be held on Friday evenings at 19.05IST.

Riders will be divided into following categories - A, B, C. These categories use the new Zwift Racing Score. If you are returning to Zwift Racing after a long summer break, please familiarise yourself with the new Zwift Racing Score here.

This year’s edition will see both a Points and a General Classification competition. There will be five mandatory races for GC contenders, after which the lowest accumulated time will be named GC Winner. Points however will be awarded based on riders finishing positions across all stages.

Team RWB - Racing Without Borders will also be presenting two virtual races in collaboration with the Cycling Ireland Para Commission, as part of the Para National Series 2025. This will include 2 Virtual Races; 1 Individual Time Trial and a Crit style race. More info to follow in December, regarding the Para Esports Races.
