Re: National Team Manager Positions

Applications are invited for the positions of Team Managers to the Irish teams / squads. These positions will be honorary positions.

The positions are

1. Road Senior Teams/Squads

2. Road Junior and Women's Teams/Squads, (This is likely to be held by one person)

3. MTB Cross Country 

4. MTB Downhill

Role of team managers 

Most of the following will be achieved by working as part of the High Performance Group (HPG)

· To develop a squad structure 
· To set development and competition goals for the squad 
· To develop and implement, a fair transparent selection process and criteria for riders and officials ( with the HPG)
· To develop a register of officials
· To plan a preparation / competition programme in line with available budgets
· To organise travel and officials to travel with teams 
· To work in an integrated way with the High performance group and other squad managers
To liase with the High performance group in all matters relating to teams / squads
