IrishCycling.com would like to congratulate Sam Bennett on his remarkable achievements in this years Tour de France.

Winning two stages including the final stage in Paris and taking the green jersey from Peter Sagan, a seven time winner of the green jersey.

It's been a long time since Ireland had such success in the Tour and Sam's performance was outstanding in one of the toughest and most exciting Tour's in recent history.
