The An Post M Donnelly Grant Thornton team have begun the five-day Tour of Majorca time trials and then five days of racing, which will finish up on Sunday, 6 April.

Team manager, Kurt Bogaerts, was optimistic as always ahead of the tour and hopes that his young team can win a race and have a rider fighting for a top overall finish come the final stage on Sunday.

"I really hope that we can win a stage at least," Bogaerts said. "We have been racing well lately and I hope that we will be challenging to win the overall classement on the fifth and final stage. We have a strong team of eight riders who will be looking to use this race to develop further and test themselves against a top field."
