The Ladies Cycling Training Camp for ladies cyclists of all
abilities and ambitions is taking place on 23/24 February in Blessington, Co
Wicklow. It will include coached training spins in small groups, followed by
talks on sports psychology and nutrition. Suitable for triathletes, road racers,
mountain bikers and touring. Booking deadline is this
Friday, 15th February.

Plan for all groups
Saturday
9am Sign-on. Workshop registration at sign-on
9.30am Assemble groups and explain programme / session for the morning
each group leader to do this with their own group
9.45am Leave for training session w/ your group
1pm Lunch
2.45pm Talk on Sports Nutrition w/ Beth Mc Cluskey
3pm Choice of workshops:
- 1) Goal setting pre-event focus
- 2) Bicycle position workshop w
- 3) Skills workshop
3.45pm Break for tea/coffee
4.15pm Repeat of workshops 1) to 3)
5 pm finished for the day
The Leisure centre is open until 6pm, bring swim wear/gym wear if you
wish to use it!
7.30pm Dinner
Sunday
9am Training session for each group
1pm Lunch
After lunch Debrief, then home
