Billy Kennedy presents an award to club man Rory Wiley, for his new 12 hour Irish road record in which he covered 273.429 miles in 12 hours, beating the previous record by 20 miles. The presentation took place at last weeks Carrick Wheelers Dan Morrisey cycling club dinner dance and awards night.
